As president of Suncrest Homes, Gordon Gravelle displays an inherent entrepreneurial spirit that is the driving force behind the building firm. He has more than 25 years of experience in the industry, focusing on real estate development and property management. This experience includes extensive forward planning work with municipalities, on-site project management, the development and management of apartment complexes, office and commercial buildings and land subdivision. His responsibilities include overseeing every aspect of the company from land acquisition and financing through construction and sales to homeowner satisfaction.


Anthony DeMattei, CPA
Chief Financial Officer and Principal
As Chief Financial Officer, Anthony DeMattei is responsible for Suncrest Homes’ financing and accounting operations, including working with lenders and investors to maximize the company’s efficiency and profitability. His career has spanned over 25 years and included positions as chief financial officer for several corporations and investment companies, as well serving as a consultant. He holds certified public accountant licenses in both California and Nevada.
