Reporting Warranty
Items Summary
The many details of
warranty coverage can be confusing. We hope this chart will make reporting
items easier. If you do not know whom to contact, call our office and
we will guide you.
Appliances
- Contact the manufacturer directly with model number, serial number, closing
date and description of problem.
Emergency - During our business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m.) call our main office at (925) 776-4140. After business hours
or on weekends and holidays, call (800) 399-5554. You may be instructed
to contact the trade or appropriate utility company directly using the
emergency numbers you received at your orientation.
Non-emergency - Use the link above to send your requests electronically or mail or fax your written list of items to our office using the service request form found in your homeowner’s manual.
Storm Damage - Contact your homeowner’s insurance agent immediately.
Contain damage as much as possible without endangering yourself. If extreme
situations exist, photograph the damage.

Inspection Appointments
& Work Appointments– Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. .to 5 p.m.
